Rhu Customer Questionnaire

The recent customer questionnaire has provided a wealth of information and the final results are being collated at present.

A response rate of 42% was achieved and Quay Marinas would like to thank all who took the time and trouble to take part in the exercise. The comments in particular have been especially valuable and will assist Quay Marinas and The Crown Estate in moving forward in the right direction.

The lucky winner of a £50 voucher for The Chandlery was Mr.Symon of “Sunset Song” and the winner’s name was picked out from the box of names by the Chairman of Quay Marinas, Andrew Yates on 22nd August, assisted by Marina Manager Simon Fraser.

Acquisition of Rhu Marina by The Crown Estate

On 4th April 2008, Rhu Marina was purchased by The Crown Estate and simultaneously leased to Quay Marinas Limited.

Quay Marinas will be seeking to continue the excellent standard of customer service for which Rhu Marina is well known and, at the marina, it will be very much 'business as usual'.

The Rhu Marina site is earmarked for development and, in due course, The Crown Estate and Quay Marinas will be bringing forward plans which will include a significantly enhanced marina.
