These are based on guidelines issued by the Yacht Harbour Association and the British Marine Industries Federation, of which the marina is a member. A copy is available on request from info@rhumarina.co.uk

Insurance
All marina users are required to hold third party liability insurance.

Theft
Marina users should satisfy themselves that they have taken all reasonable precautions against theft. We can offer advise on insurance matters and insurance proposal forms are available at the office.
